Actress/TV Personality Vanessa Lachey Gives Us a Sneak Peek at Her Latest Projects and Holiday Plans

The holidays are always a busy time for television personality, television host and actress Vanessa Lachey. For the second straight year, she's partnering with Libby's Vegetables and sharing her favorite holiday recipes. I had an opportunity to talk with her to find out what she's going to be cooking up for her family's Thanksgiving dinner.

Lachey also shared with me how Libby's is supporting families who are struggling with hunger this holiday season and how others can help out as well.

About Vanessa Lachey

Vanessa Lachey is a television personality, television host and actress. She was also named Miss Teen USA in 1998 and won the title Miss Congeniality. She has been a New York-based correspondent for Entertainment Tonight and hosted Total Request Live on MTV. Lachey has appeared in television series including 30 Rock, Psych, Hawaii 5-0 and How I Met Your Mother. She was recurring on Seth MacFarlane’s TV Series “Dads” and DJ Nash’s “Truth Be Told”. In 2017, Lachey was one of the celebrity contestants on Dancing with the Stars, with her husband singer Nick Lachey. She hosted two Emmy nominated seasons of Top Chef JR. Most recently Vanessa co-hosted, with Nick, the Netflix international dating show “Love Is Blind”. Vanessa and Nick have three children together.
