Here's What Happened During Our Blue Carpet Awards Ceremony!

Every year, the I See You Awards® gets bigger and bigger and better!

This year, the fun kicked off on Thursday, August 22, with a full day of film screenings at the Emagine Theatre in Royal Oak, Michigan, with short and feature-length movies playing in two auditoriums. On day two, Friday, August 23, we hosted our industry seminar, featuring Hollywood veteran Tom Hines as the guest speaker. And, we wrapped things up on Sunday, August 25, with our one-of-a-kind Blue Carpet Awards Ceremony!

Here's a look back at this year's event:

Film Screenings

This year's film screenings attracted a record crowd of people who love indie films!

Industry Seminar

This year's industry seminar was truly enlightening! Our guest speaker was Tom Hines, a veteran of Hollywood, who spent 23 years in Los Angeles working in the film industry. As an actor, he's worked in film, television and commercials, but found his love for directing during his time spent working for, and with, the legendary Garry Marshall ("Pretty Woman", "Beaches", Princess Diaries 1 and 2").

See below for a few photos from the seminar.

What a fantastic day! We simply cannot wait until next year!

But, we better not get ahead of ourselves, because fun was also had by all at our signature event, the Black Tie, Blue Carpet awards ceremony! Take a look below at some of the pics!
