Independent Filmmaker Marcellus Cox Is On the Cusp of Something Great

Los Angeles-based independent filmmaker Marcellus Cox has an enviable resume. His various projects have been accepted into, as of this writing, a total of 200 international film festivals, including the I See You Awards®, and have won a total of 132 international awards.
